Core technologies

 Using SCARA robot + vision alignment system to stack tiles of PV crystalline silicon cells. Cell string is made by overlapping the direction of one side of the cell’ beginning and end, and then using conductive adhesive to bond.

 High program logic, high stability of mechanical equipment, and the set can meet the customer‘s different number of demand. After the robot takes 6 pieces in order, it can be placed 9 pieces, 11 pieces ...... and other numbers of stacking.

 The accuracy of vision alignment component accuracy can reach: the length error of battery string ≤ 0.5mm, width error ≤ 0.05mm, the angle of battery string ≤ 0.05 degrees.
